Can I set up a direct debit?
Yes, we can get you set up on a direct debit, just let us know and we will send out the online forms, keeping your account details safe.
Do you charge for call transferring?
There is an additional cost for call transferring. To mobiles are £0.25/min and landlines £0.10/min.
Can I change my call answering package if my calls increase/decrease?
No problem, if you call volume increases or decreases we can amend your call answering package to suit your needs, just let us know.
Do call credits roll over to the next month?
Unfortunately not but contact us to discuss the best plan and we can customise to your needs?
Is there a minimum contract requirement?
We don’t do tie you into long contracts, all our call packages are on a monthly rolling contract and should you wish to cancel, require just 30 days notice.
